Six Sentence Sunday April 3

It’s time again for Six Sentence Sunday

Every week participants post six sentences from something they are writing – or have written. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to meet new writers!

Be sure to check out the other great participants and thanks so much for stopping by!

Last week from the story Devil’s Mistress

She is paralyzed observing a good looking man after a car  crashes – and knows she saw a light flash  close to the vehicle. He is aware she was watching him  – her finger is still on the “9″ of her cell intending to call 911.

 He speaks:

“Hi there. Did you see that accident?”

“Yes”, and I blurted out the rest, “And I saw you kinda whisper to the driver and a blip of a light came out of the car and vanished.”

He smiled a Johnny Depp sort of grin. “Most people are blind to me and to what transpired there.”

He noticed my state of confusion and offered a suggestion: “why don’t you call 911 but block your number, so that this man is taken care of and let me buy you a coffee and we can discuss what you think you saw.”

ok – next week I can spill the beans as to who he is – or carry on with the story….. even if you know what he is, the story is still amusing, I think anyway 😀
